Jenna brings more than 22 years of experience in EMS to her role as an insurance agent. As a critical care paramedic, along with experience in emergency dispatching, she developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and helping others through life’s most important moments. She continues to maintain all her professional certifications today, reflecting her ongoing commitment to service and excellence. After spending time providing in-home childcare while focusing on family, Jenna transitioned into the insurance industry, joining Gundrum in 2025. She now brings the same dedication and client-focused approach to helping individuals and families protect what matters most and feel confident in every stage of life. Originally from Germantown and now residing in Jackson, Jenna is married and the proud mother of two young boys who keep her active and busy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, boating, fishing, hunting, and embracing new adventures with her family whenever possible.
