Larry Gundrum* Retired
Lois Gundrum joined the agency in March 2014. Lois grew up in the Town of Polk with her six brothers and five sisters. She is a graduate of Slinger High School and Moraine Park Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for 18 years before getting licensed for personal auto, homeowners, life and health insurance, including Medicare Products. Lois lives in Slinger with her husband Larry and enjoys being able to walk to work. She volunteers at church and helps out behind the scenes at Slinger Advancement Association events in addition to enjoying yarn crafts, other hobbies, and spending time with family and friends.

Our Team
Joel has lived in the Slinger area his entire life. He attended Marquette University where he received a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Law. After retiring from Law Enforcement, he obtained his Life, Accident, and Health License and worked as a Life Insurance agent for several years. In 2021 Joel obtained his Property and Casualty license and joined Gundrum Insurance and Investments, LLC. He will be specializing in Life Insurance and Commercial Lines, but also can assist you with Home and Auto Insurance. He is an active member at St Peters Church where he is involved in many groups. Joel has two children and is an active outdoorsman spending his free time in northern Wisconsin.
Joel Schodron* - P&C and Life Insurance
Larry grew up in Slinger and attended Slinger schools. He graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in accounting. Larry worked for over three years at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. and was a CPA when he joined the family business. Larry has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry selling auto, home and business insurance. He is a long time member of the Slinger Advancement Association and has held all of the officer positions. He was chairman of Slinger’s 125th anniversary celebration and currently puts together the historical pictures for the Community Calendar. Larry was chairman of the Slinger Park Board for many years. He started Slinger’s open gym programs for adult men. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball in the 40 and over (he easily qualifies) open gyms.
Rick Gundrum works with GII clients on the investment side of the business. A life long resident of Slinger, he graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1988 with a BBA in Business Finance - Financial Planning. After working several years for BC Ziegler Co as a Registered Representative, Rick joined the family business in 1997. He holds various securities registrations, Series 7, 63 & 24. Rick also maintains WI Insurance license for Life, Health, & Property/Casualty. Rick is a member of Slinger Advancement Association, Slinger-Allenton Rotary, and St Peter's Finance Committee. Two children, Wyatt and Este keep Rick on the move.

Mary joined Gundrum in 2024 and quickly became the person who keeps the office running smoothly and everyone on track. Before joining the team, she spent 41 years working on her family’s dairy farm in Rubicon, where she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community and teamwork. Mary and her husband, Ron, have two children, Clint and Samantha. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, getting lost in a good book, and making the most of time with family. Her dedication, organization, and friendly personality make her an invaluable part of the Gundrum team.
Rene was born and raised in Sheboygan, and now calls Germantown home. She attended Lakeshore Technical College where she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing. Prior to joining Gundrum Insurance and Investments, LLC, Rene worked as a Registered Nurse for 31 years, and spent 2 years in real estate. Rene is licensed in health, life, property and casualty. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. Other things that bring Rene joy include; listening to live music, interior decorating, going for long walks, and relaxing in her 3 season room watching the wildlife.
Brad graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2002 with a degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for several years, Brad joined the agency in June of 2009. He specializes in Auto, Home and Commercial Insurance. Brad is a member of the Slinger Sportsman’s Club, Hartford Conservation & Gun Club, as well as an Assistant Coach for the Hartford Conservation Club Youth Trap team. *

Jessica is proud to call West Bend home, where she lives with her husband and adventurous little boy. Before beginning her career in insurance, she spent several years as a teacher, helping students learn and grow. That experience sparked a passion for education that she enjoys using every day. She loves helping individuals and families understand their insurance options and make informed decisions that fit their unique needs. When she is not working, you can usually find her spending time with family, gardening, being outdoors, or exploring new places to find delicious food.
Jenna brings more than 22 years of experience in EMS to her role as an insurance agent. As a Critical Care Paramedic, along with experience in emergency dispatching, she developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and helping others through life’s most important moments. She continues to maintain all her professional certifications today, reflecting her ongoing commitment to service and excellence. After spending time providing in-home childcare while focusing on family, Jenna transitioned into the insurance industry, joining Gundrum in 2025. She now brings the same dedication and client-focused approach to helping individuals and families protect what matters most and feel confident in every stage of life. Originally from Germantown and now residing in Jackson, Jenna is married and the proud mother of two young boys who keep her active and busy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, boating, fishing, hunting, and embracing new adventures with her family whenever possible.

Dan works with clients on the investment side of the business. He was born and raised in Slinger and is proud to serve the community he grew up in. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a double major in BBA–Accounting and BBA–Finance, Investment & Banking. Before joining Gundrum in 2026, Dan spent 10 years with West Bend Insurance Company as a Reinsurance Manager and CPA, where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and client service. Dan is also active in the community, where he served as President of the Slinger Honours Inc. board. He and his wife reside in West Bend and stay busy with their two young children. Outside of work, Dan enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
